My mission is to support individuals and their loved ones navigate the complexities of aging, serious illness, and end of life with compassion, clarity, and connection.
My experience as a hospice nurse gave me a front row seat to the struggles families face navigating medical teams, making difficult decisions, and living with the uncertainty of what comes next.
I offer heartfelt, holistic care for your emotional, spiritual and practical needs so you can meet this experience with more ease, clarity, and peace of mind.

Education & Guidance
Provide compassionate resources to help normalize the dying process. Support includes insight into what to expect, open dialogue to ease fear, and tools to foster connection and understanding. Encouraging death literacy empowers individuals and families to navigate this time with clarity and confidence.
Life Review & Legacy Work
Create space for reflection and meaning-making through storytelling, memory projects, and heartfelt conversation. Legacy work may include letters, recordings, rituals, or photo sessions. These offerings help honor a person’s life while deepening connection with loved ones.
Respite Care
Offer a calm, supportive presence to allow caregivers time for rest and renewal. This includes companionship, light household tasks, and mindful support that adapts to each unique situation. Care is offered with sensitivity to the emotional weight of caregiving and the importance of trust.
