Sacred Connections is more than a name—it is the heart of my work and the expression of what I believe to be my soul’s purpose. At the center of this philosophy is the Celtic triskele, an ancient symbol representing the integration of body, mind, and spirit. This harmony is especially vital at the end of life, when these dimensions come together in their most profound form.
The triskele also reflects the natural cycles of birth, life, and death—a continuum that underscores the sacredness of every transition. My intention is to create space where death is not feared, but honored as a meaningful and transformative part of the human experience.

In a culture that often denies or avoids death, I choose to be fully present — offering a calm, steady presence when others may struggle to do so. My meditation practice has been an invaluable tool in my work as a hospice nurse, where I’ve gained a deep understanding of the medical, emotional, and logistical complexities of end-of-life care. Supporting families through difficult decisions, providing hands-on care in a loved one’s final days, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure that each person’s wishes are respected and honored has been my life’s work.
