Sacred Connections is more than a name. It is the heart of my work and the expression of what I believe to be my soul’s purpose. At the center of this philosophy is the Celtic triskele, an ancient symbol representing the integration of body, mind, and spirit — and the natural cycles of birth, life, and death. This harmony is especially vital at the end of life. My intention is to create space where death is not feared but honored as a meaningful and transformative part of the human experience.

In a culture that often denies death, I choose to be fully present by offering a calm, steady presence when others may struggle to do so. My meditation practice and nearly three decades in hospice care have taught me to sit with pain, grief and uncertainty — not to fix it but to witness it.
Supporting families through difficult decisions, providing care during a loved one’s final days, and ensuring that each person’s wishes are respected and honored has been my life’s work.
